Encourage - Stand beside
and behind students as they use these tools (gifts).
Reality Check: Chaos meets Order
Though at times this may appear in vain of utter chaos,
by no means is it chaotic. We are in the business of bringing
students into a Free, Contagious, Lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
We are not made up of programs. Instead, programs facilitate our
Purpose, Mission, and Vision by leading a few in a bible study, others at
the Peak, and some simply at McDonald's over a Big Mac. We are a
reflection of how Jesus ministered in different ways to the masses, the
1000 that followed him, his twelve disciples and finally to the inner three.
Based on this fact, we can now initiate our ministry into
